Invitation for Sealed Bids

Sanima Bank Ltd. invites sealed bids from interested candidates for interior works at Kamalbinayak, Bhaktapur with the following terms and conditions.

• Bidder company/firm should be registered with the Government of Nepal and should have updated company/firm registration certificate and latest tax clearance status.
• Al least 3 years of work experience in the interior works of ‘A’ class Commercial Bank.
• Each Bidder should submit a bid bond with validity of 1 month/cash deposit in the bank of 5% of total bid value.

The bid documents with specifications and other details for the interior works may be obtained from Bank’s General Service Department, Head Office during office hours till January 28,2020 except public holidays upon payment of NPR 2,000/- (non-refundable).

Original signed copies of all the bid documents along with copies of related certificates should be submitted to the Bank’s General Service Department in a sealed envelope by 2.00 P.M. on January 29.2020.

The bid documents will be opened at 3:00 P.M. on January 29,2020 at the bank with/ without presence of the bidders.

The bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason whatsoever,
