1. Changunarayan Municipality, office of the Municipal Executive, Kharipati, Bhaktapur invites sealed bids or electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders under National Competitive Bidding procedures. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.
2. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office, Changunarayan municipality, Kharipati, Bhaktapur. by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate VAT registration and Tax clearance certificate joint venture agreement (in case of JV), and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 3000 till 2077/5/24 during office hours.
3. Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above or may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np./egp,.Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the Project’s Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 4. Information to Deposit the Bid Security Amount in Bank:

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Changunarayan Municipality office at 14.00 hour on 2077/5/15
6. Sealed or electronic bids must be submitted to the office Changunarayan Municipality by hand or through PPMO website bolpatra.gov.np/egpon or before 12.00 hour on 2077/5/25. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 13 hour on 2077/5/25 at the office of Changunarayan Municipality, Kharipati.
8. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
9. Bidders can bid as a single contractor or in the form of joint venture of maximum of three contracting firms.
10. Bidders are advised to visit the site and assess the actual site condition before submitting the bids at their own cost.
