Invitation for Bids

• The Survey Department invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Motercycle under National competitive bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations.
• Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of DOS, Min Bhawan, Kathmandu, Tel.: +977 1 4622742, Email: info@dos.gov.np of office.
• A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office of DOS, Min Bhawan, Kathmandu by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs 3,000 till 21 September during office hours.
• Interested Bidders shall submit the Sealed Bids to the above office of DOS, Min Bhawan, Kathmandu on or before 12:00 hour on 23 September 2018. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
• Sealed bids must be submitted to the office DOS, Min Bhawan, Kathmandu by hand/courier on or before 12:00 hours on 23 September 2018. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
• Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidder’s representatives who choose to attend 14:00 hour on 23 September 2018 at the office of DOS, Min Bhawan, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security amounting to a minimum of 1,25,000/- which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
• If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
