The Shahid Gangalal National Heart Centre (SGNHC) invites sealed e-bids from eligible bidders for the Supply and Delivery of following Cathlab Related Goods as stated in the bidding documents within 45 days of this notification published. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and/or inspect the e-bidding documents at the following website and/or office of:

The eligible bidder should submit their bid only through e-submission by visiting our website of SGNHC for single or more bids as mentioned below. Evaluation will be done by each individual bid with its Lot/Item basis, with bid/contracts awarded based on the award combination that is of least cost to the Purchaser. Bidding documents can be accessed in the above-mentioned website of SGNHC by eligible Bidders on the submission of the scan copy of Company /Finn Registration Certificate. VAT. PAN Registration Certificate. Tax Clearance of 2072/73 and bank receipt of the payment of a non-refundable fee as mentioned above in the Himalayan Bank, Maliarajgunj Account Number 00200541560032.

E-Bids must be submitted only to the above mentioned website on or before 12:00 Hrs on September 4, 2017. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted. Bidder or Bidders’ representatives are requested to log on our above-mentioned website and must follow and fulfill the instructions given in Suppliers Guidelines A Terms and Conditions.

The complete sealed Bid Documents (Hard Copy of the E-submission) including the tender related original documents and tender font placed in e-tender must be submitted to this center before tender opening time and be clearly marked with name and identification of each bid.

Bids must be valid for a period of 150 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied with a scan copy of bid security issued by a “A” class commercial bank of Nepal, amounting to the Bid amount mentioned as above, which shall be valid for minimum SO days beyond the bid validity period in favor of and payable to the SGNHC, Bansbari. Kathmandu or Bidder may deposit the Bid Security amount in the Current A/C Number of 0206017500027 in the name of SGNHC in NABIL Bank Ltd., Maliarajgunj Kathmandu. Any foreign Bank Guarantee must be counterargument by the “A” class Commercial Bank of Nepal.

Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hrs on September 4, 2017 at the office of SGNHC Bansbari. Kathmandu. Bidder or Bidders’ representatives are requested to present with their Supplier’s password and sealed bidding documents with supporting original documents at the bid opening time.

If the last date of bid submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.

Pre-bid Meeting will be held on the August 10, 2017 at 14:00 tars at the office of SGNHC, Bansbari, Karlunandu. The attendance of this meeting is optional but interested bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting.

The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever. Conditional bids are not allowed
