INVITATION FOR ELECTORNIC BIDS
Procurement of Oxytocin and Misoprostol & Printing of DMT and MEC Wheel

- Ministry of Health and Population. Department of Health Services (DoHS), Management Division (MD) Teku. Kathmandu invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for procurement of Oxytocin and Misoprostol & Printing of DMT and MEC Wheel to be delivered at the Teku Kathmandu under national competitive bidding procedures as specified as Public Procurement Act and Regulations.

- The bidder must submit the bid for package by package for NCB 28 and single package for NCB-32 as mentioned below and offer discounts cross discounts. Evaluation will be done by package basis, for NCB-2S and single package basis for NCB-32 with contracts awarded based on the award combination that is of least cost to the Purchaser.

- Bidder shall purchase their bid electronically from PPMO’s e-GP system bolpatra.gov.np.egp, Bidders should deposit NRS 3,000.00 the cost of each bidding document in the following Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below.

- Electronic bids must be submitted to the Department of Health Services. Management Division through PPMO’s e-GP system bolpatra.gov.up/egp or before 12.00 hour on 29 Sep, 2020
- The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hours on 29 Sep, 2020 at the office of Department of Health Services. Management Division. Teku. and Katmandu. Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amount mention in above table which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
- If the last date of pm-chasing and or submission falls on a government holiday, then the day shall be considered as the last date the same as specified for the original last date of bid purchasing/ submission.
