Nepal Water Supply Corporation (NWSC). Branch Office. Rajbiraj invites electronic bids for the Supply & Delivery of Medium Class Galvanized Iron (GI) pipe NS 199/2046 and Fittings NS 3S3/2054 or IS: 1S79 -19S7 for Rajbiraj Water Supply Project from eligible registered Manufacturer’s or Suppliers having qualification as mentioned in the bidding document under National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations.

According to Public Procurement Regulation. 2064 rule 25(3) – If Bidders are not manufacturer of Medium Class Galvanised Iron (GI) pipe NS 199/2046 and Fittings NS 3S3/2054 or IS:1S79-19S7. they must submit with the bid. sole supply authorization original letter from manufacture in the name of Nepal Water Supply Corporation. 4. A Pie-bid meeting will take place on the 22^nd day (2075/04^/20) from first date of publication of this notice at Nepal Water Supply Corporation. Branch Office, Rajbiraj at 13: 00 horns if that day falls on a Government holiday then the meeting will be held on next working day.
5. Interested Bidders shall submit the electronic Bids through bolpatra.gov.np/egp to the Nepal Water Supply Corporation. Branch Office: Rajbiraj on or before 12:00 hours of 31^st day (2075/04/29) from the first date of publication of this notice.
6. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hours, on the last date of submission at NWSC Branch Office. Rajbiraj. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to NRs. 3.15.000.00 which shall be valid for 120 days from the date of Bid opening.
7. If bidder wishes to submit bid security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in NWSC Current account no. 215000691501 at Rastriya Banijya Bank. Rajbiraj, Saptari and should submit scan copy of original receipt along with the bid.
8. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security v alidity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
9. In case of discrepancies or error in bidding document, tender notice or any other documents the NWSC reserves the right to amend and correct at any time.
10. NWSC reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.
11. Matters not cov ered by tliis notice shall be in accordance with public procurement Act 2063 and public procurement Regulation 2064 and other prevailing rule and regulations.
