• The Kathmandu-Terai/Madhesh Fast Track [Expressway] Road Project invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Supply and Installation of Lab Equipment’s as under National Competitive bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations.
• Eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Kathmandu-Terai/Madhesh Fast Track [Expressway] Road Project, Nepali Army Head Quarter, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu Telephone No: 4267060 Email:ft-procmgmt@nepalarmy.mil.np within office hour, or may visit PPMO e-GP system bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
• Bidding documents is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system: bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of Rs. 3,000/- for bidding document in the following bank. Name of the Bank: Nepal Bank Limited, Dharmapath Kathmandu Name of the Office: Kathmandu-Terai/Madhesh Fast Track Road Project, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu.

• Pre-bid meeting shall be held at The Kathmandu-Terai/Madhesh Fast Track Road Project office at 11:00 hrs on 2075-02-02.
• Interested bidders shall submit the electronic bids through bolpatra.gov.np/egp before 12:00 hrs on 2075-02-09.
• Bids shall be opened in presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 1300 hrs on 2075-02-09 at the office of Kathmandu-Terai/Madhesh Fast Track Road Project Bhadrakali, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of Ninety days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to a minimum of Rs 250,000/-which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity.
• If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day. In such case, the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
