1. Kathmandu Metropolitan City office has allocated towards the cost of Supply. Delivery and commissioning of Road sweeper /Broomer at kmc. Nepal and intends to apply part of the fluids to cover eligible payments under the Contract. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from all countries.
2. The Kathmandu Metropolitan City office invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Supply. Delivery and commissioning of Road sweeper/ Broomer. KMC.

4. Bidding documents may be purchased on or before 2074/12/20. Office Hour, from the above office of Procurement Unit, Kathmandu Metropolitan City office, JDA Complex, Bagdurbar, Kathmandu by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company firm registration certificate, (local body business registration certificate (Renewed F/Y074/075. Tax registration Certificate AN/VAT). Tax clearance up to FY 073/074 . for domestic bidder) and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Nepali Rupees 10,000 (Nepali Rupees: Ten Thousands only) in form of bank receipt for fee deposited in Nabil Bank. Kathmandu Metropolitan City Revenue Acc. No. :0306017500147. If so requested, the Bidding Documents can also be sent by post/’courier services. However, the Employer will not be responsible for delay or non-delivery of the documents so sent
5. Pre-bid meeting will be held at the time and date 2074/12/12. 14:00 PM at Procurement Unit. Kathmandu Metropolitan City office. JDA Complex. Bagdurbar. Kathmandu.
6. Bids must be submitted to the above office Procurement unit, Kathmandu Metropolitan City office. JDA Complex. Bagdurbar, Kathmandu on or before 2074/12/21,12:00PM. Documents received after this deadline will not be accepted.
7. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend 2074/12/21. 14:00PM at the office of Procurement unit. Kathmandu Metropolitan City office, JDA Complex, Bagdurbar, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 120 counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to Nrs.35,00,000(Thirty-five Lakh), which shall be valid for minimum SO days beyond the bid validity period (i.e. 150 days after bid opening).
8. The Bid are open for e- submission and the website is bolpatra.gov.np.
9. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day.
10. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
