Invitation for Proposals to Engage on Design Build Operation & Transfer (DBOT) Models Regarding Water & Waste Water Facilities in Nepal | |||||||||
| Section 1 Introduction | |||||||||
Ministry of Water Supply and Sanitation Government of Nepal, intends to receive the proposals from the interested parties for design implementation and operation (including total financing) of water & waste water facilities in Kathmandu and Municipalities of Nepal from National or International Public or Private Companies. | |||||||||
Interested parties are invited to submit their response in accordance with section 2 (instructions). A submittal of a | |||||||||
response by the parties serves as notice to Ministry of Water Supply and Sanitation of their general interest. However, a submittal of response does not guarantee that the interested party will be contacted to submit a proposal for services | |||||||||
or perform any service.

2.1 | Submittal Deadline | ||||||||
Response from the interested parties must be received by email or submitted in person no later than 16th August, 2017, 5.00 PM local time. Late submittals will be considered at the discretion of the Ministry of Water Supply 1 | |||||||||
and Sanitation. | |||||||||

All submittals must be prepared in English language and submitted in sealed envelope (not applicable in case of submission by email).

Section 3 Scope of work | |||||||||
1 Scope of work includes all kinds of works related to the water and waste water infrastructure development and operation 1 with financing. These works shall be carried out based on the models of PPP like BOT. BOOT, BROT. DBFO. DBO 1 | |||||||||
