- Interested eligible firms/agencies may obtain further information and inspect the quotation forms at address mentioned below.
- Quotation forms may be purchased by eligible firms/agencies on the submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NR s. 1000.00 (Must be deposited at Bank account of Poverty Alleviation Fund, Bank account no: 143000000606, Rastriya Banijya Bank, Thapathali) for each services. The Quotation form shall be available for sale up to 17:00 hours on 25 April, 201 ?.
- Quotation form must be submitted to the below mentioned office address on or before 12:00 hours 26 April 2017. Quotation received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
- Quotation must be valid for a fora period of 45 days after opening of quotations and must be accompanied by Bank Guarantee mentioned above which shall be valid for 75 days after opening of the quotations (Cash Deposit of Bank Guarantee is not allowed)
- Quotation shall be opened in the presence of Finn’s/Agency’s representatives who choose to attend at time mentioned above at Poverty Alleviation Fund. Tahaehal, Kathmandu.
- [f the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day.
- Selection will be based on the World Bank Guidelines procurement of goods, works and non-consulting services under IBRD loans IDA and credits and grants by the World Bank Borrower January 2011 revised 2014
