Invitation for Sealed Bid

1. This project invites sealed bid from registered suppliers of electromagnetically equipment for different part of the country.
2. Bid documents may be purchased by eligible consulting firms/individuals on the submission of a written application with a cash payment as mentioned for scaled quotation (non-refundable) from Department of water supply and sewerage (Deep Tube well Project) until 30^,h day of first publication date of this notice during office hours. The bidders arc required to submit attested copy of renewed up to 074/075 license

certificate , VAT Registration and Tax Clearance Certificate of F.Y. 2073/074,

3. The submission of sealed bid ‘ document is acceptable within 31^th day up to 12.00 hours of first publication

date of this notice and must be accompanied by a bid security of each package for the supply. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day.

4. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after opening of Sealed quotation document and must be accompanied by Cash Security or Bank Guarantee, amount as per shown in the table, which shall be valid for 120 days after opening of the bid opening date.
5. If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in Deposit Account No. 1100203 (1100203) at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Thamel and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid document.
6. Bids will be opened in the prescience of consulting firms/individuals representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 Hrs on 31^th day of first publication of this notice at the above office.
7. If licensed proprietor or firm or company or any individual becomes unable to appear for the purchase of bidding documents .His/her authorized representatives may purchase the bidding documents upon submission of letter of authorization and related documents.
8. Conditional bids will not be entertained.
9. Other terms and conditions not mentioned above will follow as per prevailing rules of Government of Nepal.
10. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
