The Office of the Municipal Executive, Gaur invites sealed bids from interested and eligible bidders as per the prevailing law for the following supply work as mentioned below.

  1. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese bidders for the supply work of some vehicles under National Competitive Bidding procedures as per the prevailing laws.Eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the Office of the Municipal Executive, Gaur during office hours.
  2. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by eligible bidders on the submission of a written application along with the copies of valid company/firm registration and VAT/PAN certificates, as well as upon payment of required fees Rs.3000.00(three thousand only) in Rastriya Banijya Bank,Gaur Branch , Account Name: The Office of the Municipal Executive, Gaur, Account number : 1210304018102 till the 30th day from the date of first publication of this notice. If so requested, the bidding documents can also be sent by post/courier services upon payment of additional cost of NRs. 10,000.00 However, the Office will not be responsible for delay or non-delivery of the documents so sent.
  3. Bidders may contact the concerned authorities through phone No. 055- 520894 for any necessary inquiry. In the case of discrepancies or error in bid documents, notice or any of the related documents, the Office of the Municipal Executive, Gaur reserves the right to amend or correct at any time. The bid amount quoted must be clear.If unclear, the figure in words shall be valid.
  • The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 5 p.m. onwards on the 31st day at the Office of the Municipal Executive, Gaur. The bids can be opened even if the representatives happen to be absent.
  • Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after the bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security equal to a minimum of the following amount, which must be valid for extra 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. If a bidder wishes to submit the bid security in form of cash, the amount should be deposited in Rastriya Banijya Bank, Gaur, Rautahat, Account Name: The Office of the Municipal Executive, Gaur, Account Number: 1210303007102.
  • If the last date of purchasing or submission falls on a government holiday, the following working day shall be considered as the last date. In such a case, the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
  • The item rates should be quoted excluding VAT. Bid documents corrected by means of tipex (eraser) shall be regarded unacceptable
  1. The Office of the Municipal Executive, Gaur reserves the sole right to accept or reject wholly or partly any or all the contents of the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
  2. Any matter not mentioned in this notice shall be applicable as per the prevailing laws.
