Rural Access Programme |RAP|-Phase 3, Doti invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for the construction of Pre-Fabricated Meeting Hall above Roof Top of DCC Building. Doti Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Sealed quotation Forms at the office of Rural Access Programme, Silgadi Doti, Phone no:-094-420233 A complete set of bidding documents for the contract package may be obtained free of charge by interested suppliers on the submission of formal written application to Rural Access Programme – Phase 3, District Technical Assistance, Silgadi, Doti (Mob.: 9841799385,9841799316) within office hour, up to and Including 16^th June 2017 OR supplier can download bidding documents from RAP website www-rapnepal-com up to the same specified time period. Sealed Quotations must be submitted to the above office on or before 12:00 Hours on 18^th June 2017. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted..

Quotations must be valid for a period of 45 days after opening of Sealed quotations and must be accompanied by Bank Guarantee, amounting to a minimum of 2.5 % of the quoted amount (Inclusive of VAT).

With the tender the bidder must submit the following documents: a. Certificate of Company Registration,                   b. VAT & PAN Registration,

1. Tax Clearance Certificate,
2. Declaration that Supplier is not disqualified nor has any conflict of interest or any related legal convictions
3. Bid bond with validity for a period up to and including 01 September 2017 from the last submission date

Any quotation submission that does not include fully completed financial forms, including the Bill of Quantity totals, or fails to fully complete and sign the letter of Bk), including entering the total price of Bid, shall be determined as non-responsive and will be rejected. Only quotations that comply fully with the Technical Specification, Schedule of Requirements and published administrative requirements will be evaluated

Sealed Quotations shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hrs. on 18  June 2017 at the office of Rural Access Programme 3, Doti

If, for reasons beyond RAP’s control the offices are required to close on the published date, then the next day on which the RAP office is opened will be the final day for submission of bids, at the same time.

At any time prior to the deadline for submission of quotation, any addendum will be notified in writing (by advertisement).

Purchaser will respond to requests for clarification of bidding documents, in writing |by advertisement) for those queries, which it receives no later than three (3) days Pron to the deadline for the submission of bids

Bidders are advised to visit site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their bid. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Sealed Quotations without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
