Sealed Quotation No: LPS/073-74/CJSTPC Date of first publication: 2074/02/25 The Secretary of Legislature Parliament invites sealed quotations from registered contractors for the contraction of joint Secretary’s Toilet at Singhdurbar.

The estimated amount for the works is Rs. 1535544.27(without VAT).

Eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the sealed quotation forms at the office of Secretariat of Legislature Parliament at Singhdurbar.

Sealed quotation forms may be purchased by eligible bidders on the submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000.00.

Sealed quotation must be submitted to the above office on or before 2:00 PM on /5th Day of First Publication. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.

Quotations must be valid for a period of 45 days after opening of Sealed quotations and must be accompanied by cash security or bank guarantee, amounting to a minimum of Rs. 44,000.00 which shall be valid for 75 days after opening of the Sealed quotations.

If bidder wishes to submit the cash security, the cash should be deposited in Account No:

Sealed quotations shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 4:00 P\1 on 15th Day of First Publication at the office of Secretariat of Legislature Parliament, singhdurbar, kathmandu.

If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day.

Bidders are advised to visit site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their bid.

The employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Sealed quotations without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
