Invitation for Sealed Quotation for plantation Management

Sealed Quotation No: ESSD -1- 2074/2075 Date of Publication- 24 July 2017 (2074/04/9)

• The Environment and Social Studies Department of Nepal Electricity Authority invites sealed quotations from Registered Companies/firms/suppliers/Contractor for replacement plantation, weeding and three years management of Plantation Sites located in Kabeli Corridor 132 kV Transmission Line Project area.
• Interested eligible Companies/Firms/Suppliers/Contractor may obtain further information and inspect the sealed quotation forms/documents at the office of Environment and Social Studies Department. Kharipati. Bhaktapur.
• Sealed Quotation Forms/Document may be purchased by eligible Companies/Firms’ Suppliers/Contractor along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate and upon payment of a non-refundable cash deposit voucher made in favor of ESSD of JS’Rs. 1000.00 Nepalese Rupees One Thousand Only) on or before 17.00 hrs. 7^th 2017 (2074/04/23) from the office specified below.
• Sealed Quotations must be submitted to the office below on or before 12 pm 8^th 2017 (2074/04/24). Quotation received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
• Quotations must be valid for a period of 45 days after opening of Sealed quotations and must be accompanied by Cash Security or Bank Guarantee, amounting to a minimum of NRs 50,000 (inclusive of VAT), which shall be valid for 75 days after opening of the Sealed Quotations.
• If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in account number 37-01-524-250978-01-7 at the Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited. Kamal Binayak Branch, Nepal and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the Scaled Quotation.
• Sealed Quotation shall be opened in the presence of Agencies/Companies/firms/Suppliers representatives who choose to attend at 2 pm 8th 2017 (2074/04/24) at the office of Environment and Social Studies Department. Kharipati. Bhaktapur.
• If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day.
• The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Sealed Quotations without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
