1. Rastriya Beema Sansthan invites sealed quotation from registered Finn/Company for Supply. Delivery & Installation of Computer and Printer.

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of

3. A complete set of Bidding/Sealed Quotation Documents may be purchased from the office Rastriya Beema Sansthan. Ramshah Path. Kathmandu. Nepal by eligible Bidders on the submission of payment of a non-refiindable fee of NRs. 1000/ (One Thousand only) till August 12,2020 during office hours.
4. Bidders must deposit the cost of bidding document in the following account

• Name and Address of the Bank: – Kumari Bank Ltd., Putalisadak Branch
• Name of Account Holder:- Rastriya Beema Sansthan
• Deposit Account no.:- 0010000087300001

5. The Sealed Quotation/Bid must be submitted to the office Rastriya Beema Sansthan. Ramshah Path. Kathmandu by hand on or before August 13. 2020. 12:00 pm. Sealed Quotation received after this deadline will be rejected.

6. The Sealed Quotation/Bid will be opened in the presence of Bidders¹ representatives who choose to attend on August 13, 2020 at 1:00 pm at the office of Rastriya Beema Sansthan. Ramshah Path. Katlunandu.Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 45 days after bid opening. Bid security amoimting to a minimum of NRs 50000.00 (NRs Fifty Thousand only), which sliall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in

• Deposit Account no.:- 0010000087300001

and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the Sealed Quotation.

7. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
8. The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Sealed Quotations without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
