• Sealed Quotation forms may be purchased by eligible Suppliers on the submission of a written application and upon payment of non-refundable fee of OXRs for Per Sealed Quotations.
• The Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and can inspect the Bidding Documents in bolpatra.gov.np/egp and the e-Bidding procedure shall be as specified in the bid document.

• Sealed Quotations must be submitted to the above ollice on or before 02-01-2018 12:00 hours. Quotation received after this deadline shall not be acceptable.
• Sealed Quotation shall be opened in the presence of suppliers representative who chose to attend at 02-01- 2018 14:00 Hour at the office of National Academy of Medical Sciences, Bir Hospital. Kathmandu
• Quotation must be valid for a period of 45 days after opening of Sealed quotations and other information is shown in table below.

^c). If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.

• The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
• Bidders arc requested to submit the Bid Security as package wise as specified in the tabic .
• Bids can be selected Item wise or Package wise.
• Any provisions which arc not mentioned in this notice will be consistent with Public Procurement Act (PPA). 2063 / Public Procurement Regulations (PPR). 2064 and other prevailing Nepalese Rules.
