Invitation for Sealed Quotation

1. The National Academy of Medical, Sciences, Bir Hospital,Mahabouddha,

Kathmandu invites Sealed Quotation from Register Supplier’s for the supply Delivery and installation of following Medical Equipment.

2. Interested eligible Supplier may obtain further information below and inspect the Sealed Quotation forms at the office of National Academy of Medical Sciences, Bir Hospital, Mahabouddha, Kathmandu, Phone no: 977 1 4221800, 4221119, 4221988 Tele fax: +977 1 4222864.

3. Sealed Quotation Forms may be purchased by eligible suppliers on the submission of a written application & upon payment of non-refund fee Rs. 1000.00 for per Sealed Quotation.
4. Sealed Quotation must be purchasing on 17:00 hour; 2074-03-23.
5. Scaled Quotation must be valid for a period of 45 days after opening of sealed quotation and must be accompanied by cash security or Bank Grantee, amounting to a minimum of as shown in the above table, which shall be valid for 75 days after opening of the sealed quotation.
6. If bidder wishes to submit the cash security, the cash should be deposit in deposit account Number Revenue Account No: 060200001341 of Bank of Kathmandu, Newroad Branch, name of office– National Academy of Medical Sciences,BirHospital,Mahabouddha,Kathmandu.And submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the Sealed Quotation.
7. If the bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in the form of Bank voucher drawn in the name of National Academy of Medical Sciences, Bir Hospital, Mahabouddha, Kathmandu, Nepal office code no. 27-370-37 Deposit Account No.: 1700203, of Treasury Controller Office, Tripureshwor, Kathmandu.

). Sealed Quotation shall be opened in the presence of supplier representatives who choose to attend at 14:00pm, 2074-03-25 at the office of NAMS, Bir Hospital.

10. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. Bidders are requested to submit the Bid Security as package wise as specified in the table below.
