- The National Tuberculosis Centre (NTC) invites sealed Quotation from eligible bidders for the procurement of the following item.

- Quotation documents may be purchased from the office of NTC by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, VAT/PAN registration certificate and upon payment of a non-refundable fee as specified in the table above on and before 21/11/074( 5th March 2018) on office hour.

- Sealed Quotation must be submitted to the office of NTC, Thimi, Bhaktapur, Nepal on or before before 2074/11/22 (6th march, 2018) at 12:00 noon. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
- The sealed Quotation shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend 2074/11/22 ( 6th march, 2018)at 1.00 pm in the office of NTC, Thimi, Bhaktapur, Nepal.
- Quotations must be valid for a period of 45 days after opening of Sealed quotations and must be accompanied by Cash Security or Bank Guarantee, amounting as specified above, which shall be valid for 75 days after opening of the Sealed Quotations.
- If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original quotation submission deadline.
- The NTC, Thimi, Bhaktapur, Nepal reserves the right to acccpt or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Quotation without assigning reason, whatsoever.
- All clauses will be included as per latest amendment of procurement law’s.
