Invitation for Sealed Quotation

• The Office of Putalibazar Municipality Syangja invites sealed quotations from registered contractors for the Office Room cabin Construction Work at this office.
• The Estimated amount for the works is mentioned below.

Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Sealed quotation Forms at the office o Putalibazar Municipality, Putalibazar-1, Syangja, Tel: 063420409, Fax: 063420409 or office web site www.putalibazarmun.gov.np.

• Sealed Quotation Forms may be purchased by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written applicatio and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000.00. Bidding documents can be purchased within the office hrs up to 2074/06/06
• Sealed Quotations must be submitted to the above office on or before 12:00 noon on 2074/06/7 Document received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
• Quotations must be valid for a period of 45 days after opening of Sealed quotations and must be accompanies- by Cash Security or Bank Guarantee, amounts of bid security is mentioned below, which shall be valid fa 75 days after opening of the Sealed Quotations.

If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in Deposit Account No. 07203000000003000009 at Nepal Bank Ltd., Putalibazar, Syangja and submit the receipt of the deposits- amount of cash along with the Sealed Quotation.

• Scaled Quotations shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 noon of 2074/06/07 at the Putalibazar Municipality Office of Municipal Executive, Pragatinagar-1, Syangja
• If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next work in day shall be considered the last day.

Bidders are advised to visit site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their bid

The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Sealed Quotations without assigning any reason, whatsoever.

• Bidders are required to specify the total bid price in specified format. Failure to specify the total price o bid shall be ground for declaring the bid non responsive.
• Bids once submitted shall not be withdrawn or modified.
• Any matters, not covered here shall be as per prevailing rules and regulations of Nepal.
