Insurance of Medical, Accidental, Vehicles and Toner for Photocopier and Printers

1. The Poverty Alleviation Fund invites sealed quotations from the eligible Insurance company for following Insurance :

1. The Poverty Alleviation Fund (PAF) invites sealed quotations from registered firm /suppliers agents or company for supply and delivery of Tonner (PAF II AF 2 G- Shopping 27) of Printer and Photocopier.
2. Interested eligible Insurance Company/suppliers agents or company for supply and delivery of Tonner may obtain further information and inspect the sealed quotation Forms at the office of Poverty Alleviation Fund (PAF). Tahachal, Red Cross Marga. within the working hours from dated 18 April 2017 to 24 April 2017.
3. Method of procurement is shopping in accordance with the procedures set out in the Guidelines Procurement of Goods. Works, and Non Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Grants by World Bank Borrowers (January 2011. Revised July 2014).
4. Quotations must be submitted to the above office on or before 12:00 on 25 April 2017. Quotation received after this deadline shall not be accepted.Quotations must be valid for a period of 45 days after opening of sealed quotations.
5. Sealed Quotation shall be opened in the presence of Insurance Company’s representatives who choose to attend at 12:30 of 25 April 2017 at the office of Poverty Alleviation Fund. Tahachal, Kathmandu.
6. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day.
7. The Purchaser reserves the nght to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Sealed Quotations without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
