INVITATION FOR SEALED TENDER

Description of works: Interior Construction (civil, carpentry, furnishing, electrical and allied works) for Sandhikharka, Timure and Dudhe branch.

NMB Bank Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank” or “the Employer”), Kathmandu, invites sealed item rate tenders (Technical and Financial) from registered Nepalese Interior Contractors for construction of Sandhikharka. Timure and Dudhe branch.
- The tender documents can be obtained by eligible bidders on submission of written application along with registration, VAT documents and tax paid certificate for the FY 2071/072 and upon payment of non-refundable fee of NPR. 2,000.00 (Nepalese Rupees Two Thousand Only) each in A/C No. 936000100006 (Miscellaneous income).
- The tender shall consist of Seated Proposal as described in the “Bid Documents” as per the schedule given below:

- Interested Bidders must have experience in the related field and should have completed at least 1 Branch offices of any A. B and C class financial institution of areas above 1,500 (One thousand five hundred) square feet each. (Please enclose evidences.)
- Tender Security equivalent to minimum of 2.5% of the tender amount must be furnished at the time of submission of proposals. The tender security shall, at the bidder’s option, be in form of a cash deposit in A/C No. 929281300001 (Account name: Sale/Auction Deposit Payable) at Corporate Office, Babarmahal or a Bid Bond issued by a Class “A” commercial bank in standard format.
- The successful bidder will be required to submit a “Performance Bond” for an amount equivalent to 10% of the Contract Amount issued by a Class “A” commercial bank with a validity period and format/wordings as specified by the Bank in the tender Documents.
- Interested bidders must submit all the documents outlined in the tender Document and failing to do so shall result in the rejection of the tender.
- The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications for the said works without assigning any reason whatsoever.
