The interested bidders can inspect and purchase the tender documents within the office hours beginning from June 02, 2017 (19 Jestha 2074) at the address stated below. The price of tender document is NPR 3000.

The validity of the tender must be for 90 days after the deadline for submission of the Tender Document. The bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security for amount not less than 2.5% of the bid amount including VAT (Submit the Separate Sealed Envelope). Hie validity of the bid security shall be at least for 120 days after the deadline of the submission of Tender Document.

The Tender Document deadline is 12:00 noon June 22, 2017 (08 Ashad 2074) at the address stated below.

The tender document will be opened immediately after the deadline the same day at 2:00 pm at office in the PAI IS office in the presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend and essential to bring letter from their company/organization.

If the date of document purchase deadline or deadline of submission happens to be a public holiday, the next office day will be the respective date of document purchase deadline or deadline for submission. The date for validity of Bid and Bid Security shall be counted from the original date of deadline of submission.

The rate must be quoted both in figures and words. If there is discrepancy in figures and words, the rate mentioned in words shall be governed.

There will be the evaluation and quality assurance committee for the quality control of the procurement of the tender.

PAHS reserves the right to increase or decrease the items mentioned on the bidding document.

PAI IS reserves the right to accept or reject the offered wholly or partly without assigning any reason whatsoever.
