Invitation for Online Bids for the Construction of Truss For Vehicle Dumping

1. The Government of Nepal has allocated funds to cover eligible payment under the Contract for Construction of Vehicle Dumping (1FB No: JCO 13/2074-75/).
2. Jaleshwor Customs Office, Mahottari invites online bids under e-procurement system from eligible bidders for the procurement of Construction of Vehicle Dumping.
3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the office of Jaleshwor Customs Office, Jaleshwor, Mahottari, Nepal or may visit PPMO website www. bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
4. Pre-bid meeting shall not be held.
5. Bidding document is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders should register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document 3000.0 NRs. in the following specified bank.

6. Interested bidders should submit online bids through e-procurement portal http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp only on or before 6-05-2018 12:00. Bidders are required to follow the electronic bid submission procedure as specified in e-GP System Operating Guideline 2073 and User manuals issued by PPMO which are available in e-GP system.
7. Online bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend on 6-05-2018 16:00 hours at the officc of Jaleshwor Customs Office, Mahottari, Nepal. Online bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to NRs. 300000.00 which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period. The scanned copy of bid security should be uploaded in the e-GP system during bid submission
8. If the office happens to be closed on the date of opening of the bids as specified, the bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
9. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever
