Invitation for Online Bids for the Construction of compound wall Contract Identification No: 001/2074-075 Date of publication: 22-01-2018 00:00

1- The Government of Nepal has allocated funds to cover eligible payment under the Contract for Construction of compound wall (IFB No: 001/2074-075).Commission For the Investigation of Abuse of Authority, Itahari invites online bids under e-procurement system from eligible bidders for the procurement of Project consists of construction of compound wall and flooring of office premises with tiles.

1. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the office of Commission For the Investigation of Abuse of Authority, Itahari, Itahari, Itahari, Sunsari, Nepal or may visit PPMO website bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
2. Pre-bid meeting shall not be held.
3. Bidding document is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp Interested bidders should register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document 3000.0 NRs. in th following specified bank.

5. Interested bidders should submit online bids through e-procurement portal http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp only c or before 21-02-2018 12:00. Bidders are required to follow the electronic bid submission procedure as specified i: e-GP System Operating Guideline 2073 and User manuals issued by PPMO which are available in e-GP system.
6. Online bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend on 21-02-2018 13:00 hours at the office of Commission For the Investigation of Abuse of Authority, Itahari

Nepal. Online bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to NRs. 470000.0 which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period. The scanned copy of bid security should be uploaded in the e-GP system during bid submissk

7. If the office happens to be closed on the date of opening of the bids as specified, the bids will be opened on the nt working day at the same time and venue.
8. Estimate amount of the work is rs. 15,919,298.15 (excluding vat and contigencies)
9. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
