Prime Commercial Bank Limited (hereinafter referred as “The Bank”) invites Sealed Bid for the Supply, Delivery and Maintenance of Staff Uniform for the Bank staff of Central office, 49 branches and 1 extension counter situated within and outside Kathmandu valley.

The interested vendors (hereinafter referred as “The Bidder”) can participate in the tendering process under competitive bidding procedures among 6 brands of fabric namely Raymond, Bimal, OCM, Hottex and Super 180* for suiting and Kumars, Jindal Fav, England Super Cotton and Kayveelon for shirting. A complete set of bid document may be purchased by the Bidder on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of NRs. 5000 (Nepalese Rupees: Five Thousand only).

Bid document must be accompanied by a Bid Bond Security of at least 2.5% of the bid price. The Bid bond security must be furnished or counter guaranteed by any of the”A” class banks in Nepal without which bid shall be rejected. The last date of bid submission is 4th Octobr 2017, before 4.00 PM
