- Minimum Average annual Construction Turnover of the bet 3 years within the last 10 years: As mentioned in the table above.
- Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 2018/01/31 at district election Office, Tehrathum at 13:00.
- The technical bids will be opened in the presence of bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 on 2018/02/12 at the district Election office, Tehrathum . Bids be valied for a period of 90 days for after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in PDF format in cost of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of as specified above which shell be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period (i.e 120 days) of the bid after dateline for Bid submission last date.
- E-bidding hard-copy of all the required related documents should be submitted within 7 days of the bid opening date.
- If the last date of Per-bid meeting/purchasing/submission day falls on government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last data. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
- Bidders may submit modification or withdrawn, bidders will on be able to submit another bid response for the same bid.
- After the completion of evaluation of Technical Bids, which are substantially responsive evaluated bidders will be invited to attend the opening of price Bids. The date, time and location of opening of price Bid Shall be notified in written and/or published in national Daily.
