For Supply, Configuration, Installation and Implementation of Document Management System and Business Process Management System

Prabhu Bank Limited invites the sealed quotation (technical and financial) from registered firms /Companies which are qualified, competent and have implemented Document Management System (DMS) and Business Process Management System (BPMS) preferably in Commercial Banks in Nepal or international organization outside Nepal and who have supplied, configured,installed, customized and implemented the DMS and BPMS at least having features as below but not limited to;

• Documents search, retrial and manipulation
• Documents print, email and export
• Work space and portal management
• Document and data repository management
• User and security management
• System administration and maintenance
• System backup and recovery management
• Reports required for audit trail and other administrative purpose
• Collection of application and documents
• Processing of application
• Approval to open account
• Technical evaluation of property
• Decision on loan application made
• Letter of Credit application processing

The sealed quotation should be submitted addressing to IT Department of the Bank, Head Office Babarmahal within 3:00 pm 10 August 2017 by courier or in person. Proposal received after deadline will not be accepted.
