We arc looking to have supply agreements with potential suppliers/trading company/manufacture in Nepal. If you would like to be part of the work that Oxfam does by supplying goods and service, we welcome you to take part in this invitation.

TD 17/001 / KTM-NP i) Framework agreement to supply construction and general

items mentioned in Bill of Quantity (BoQ).

TD 17/002/ KTM-NP ii) Supply of Compressed established earth brick production

training in 6 locations of 5 districts (Lakipur, Dhading, Nuwakot. Sindhupalchowk & Gorkha) along with required equipment/ machine.

Detailed technical specifications are included within the tender documents which can be collected from the Oxfam in Nepal office at the address given below.

• Tender document will be issued from 4 August 2017- 21 August 2017.
• The deadline for submission of the tender document is 28 August 201 7 by 10:30 AM.
• Tender document collection and submission must be from 10:00 am to 04:00 pm from Monday to Friday except the government holidays.
• Tender document will be issued upon request along with copy of business registration. VAT registration and Tax clearance certificate of FY 2072/73 at a price of NRs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) only as non-refundable. (per bid)
• Any bid received after the closing deadline, shall be returned directly to the bidder. If the last date of submission and opening fails on holiday, the next working day would be the last date.
• Bid will be opened immediately after the deadline date in the presence of bidders’ representatives who wish to attend at 13:00 hours of last submission date at the office of Oxfam in Nepal.
• Oxfam reserves rights to award either fully or partially of the items to different bidders as per requirement.
• The Oxfam in Nepal office will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of Bids.
