The Government of Nepal. Personnel Training Academy Handel Lalitpur invites scaled quotation (NCB) from eligible bidders for the Internal partition  Work in Office Building.

1. A complete set of Bidding Document in English may be purchased from die Personnel Training Academy Bagdol Lalitpur by interested bidders of the submission of a written application along with copies of company/firm registration certificate, VAT/ PAN Registration Certificate, Tux Clearance Certificate/ Submissions of Tax Returns up to F.Y. 2072/073. Construction License Certificate and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. NRs. 1000.00 within the office hours up to 2074/03/11
2. If bidder wishes to deposit the cost of bidding document in Bunk, the cash should be deposited in the Revenue Account No 180-41-02440, Office Code no 28-356-02 Revenue code No. 14227 in the name of District Treasury Controller Office. Lalitpur at Nepal Bank Limited. Gabahul, Lalitpur
3. Bids must be submitted to Personnel Training Academy, Bagdol. Lalitpui at or before 12:00 loos of 2074/03/12. Bids shall be sealed in an envelope addressing to Personnel Training Academy. Bagdol. Lalitpur. Bids received after the deadline slutll not be accepted
4. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at Personnel Training Academy. Bagdol, Lalitpur at 13:00 hrs on 2074/03/12. Bid must be valid for 45 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting mentioned above, shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
5. If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Bibidh Account No. 0016864. Office Code no 28-356-02 in the name of District Treasury Controller Office. Lalitpur at Nepal Bank limited, Gabahal. Lalitpur and should submit the original receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the Bid If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day.
