INVITATION FOR SEALED QUOTATION

1. Ministry of Federal A flairs and Local Development, Department of Civil Registration invites Sealed Quotation under the following Terms and Condition from the interested and eligible Firms.
2. The bidder should submit PAN and VAT registration certificate, tax clearance or lax return filed slip for 2072/73, Authorization/agency certificate in case of the bidder being a dealer/agency.
3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address below. Each set of quotation documents may be purchased and submitted according to the date and address mentioned below. The eligible bidder can submit a written application to the Department and upon payment of a non-refundable fee mentioned below.
4. Bids will be opened immediately after the submission deadline in the presence of the bidder’s and Department representatives. If the bidder representative is unable to present in the date, the opening of the bid will not be hampered.
5. The Bidder must include technical specification, operation manual and catalogue and deliver according to the bid documents.
6. If the last date of the Bid purchasing, submission and opening falls on a public holiday, the following working day will be applicable. In such case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
7. The format of the Bid Security (Bank Guarantee) should be in accordance with form of Bid Security included in Bid Documents.
8. The approval or non-approval of Bid will be the sole responsibility of Department with or without any causes.
9. The approved bids should provide 5% of the total bidding amount for performance security from the authorized bank.
10. Other conditions will be applied according to Procurement Act, 2063 and Procurement regulation. 2064 and other relevant laws of Government of Nepal.
11. Department invites sealed Quotation for the Supply, Delivery’, Installation and Testing of Server Enhancement Equipment as shown in table below.
