MARIE STOPES NEPAL
Marie Stopes International Nepal (MSIN) is the member of Marie Stopes International (MSI) Global Partnership which operates in over 38 countries worldwide. In Nepal, Support for International Health and Family Planning Organizations 2 (SIFPO 2) is Family Planning Service Strengthening Program (FPSSP) funded by USAID and it works for strengthening family planning service delivery system of Department of Health Services (DoHS) Ministry of Health (MoH) to increase voluntary use of family planning services by increasing accessibility and availability of high quality family planning services to the hard to reach, disadvantaged, migrant and adolescent population to achieve universal district level Couple Years of Protection( CYP).
SIFPO 2/MSI/SPN invites registered manufacturers/dealers/suppliers/firms for the supply and delivery of following items required for expected 4 Training Centres (Chandrauta, Baluwatar, Lagankhel and Satdobato):

Interested manufacturers/dealers/suppliers/firms are requested to submit their sealed bid with separate sealed technical and financial proposal along with an application letter hand delivered to the following address, to arrive no later than 30th June 2017 5:30 p.m. Detail specification to be collected from MSIN Support Office, Bishal Nagar or go to the link http://www.mariestopes.org.np/en/about-us/procurement-notice. The Envelope should clearly state “Bid Documents for Supply and Delivery of Office Furniture, Office and IT Equipment and Medical Supplies for SIFPO 2“. The bid should include the supplier’s profile, copy of firm/company registration, renewal latest tax clearance certificates, VAT and other legal documents. Forms with detail specifications of the materials can be obtained from Sunaulo Parivar Nepal – Implementing Partner of Marie Stopes International, Bishal Nagar, Kathmandu against payment of Rs 1000/- (nonrefundable).
