Re-Advertisement for Sealed Bid Quotation for Purchase of the Building/Building’s Floor for Mega Bank Nepal Limited

Mega Bank Nepal Limited invites sealed bid quotation from interested property owner for selling their building/building’s floor in Thamel area.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Proposed building shall be as per the standard set by Government of Nepal and should not fall in the plan of road extension.
2. Priority will be given to the building which is constructed as per standard set for the earthquake resistance.
3. Approximate area of the building/building’s floor must be around 1600-3200 sq. ft.
4. Location map of the building/building’s floor with photographs, copy of Lalpurja of the property or lease agreement shall be submitted to the Bank in a sealed envelope
5. Separate space for ATM is to be provided in the front face of the building/property.
6. Proposed building shall have space for Parking, Generator placement and should have sufficient water supply and storage.
7. Specify facilities available in the building and charges associated with the same.
8. Specify amount per sq. ft. and other applicable taxes.
9. Include name of the contact person with contact number and citizenship certificate of the owner.

Bid documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Administration Department, Mega Bank Nepal Limited, Corporate Office, Rising Mall, Kamaladi by 7^th August, 2017 before 4:00 p.m. In case the last date of submission is doclared a public holiday, the sealed bid can be submitted in the next working day.

The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.
