Re-Invitation for Bid

1. West Regional Police Office, Pardi, Pokhara invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Re-Construction works. Details as following:

1. All bidders must submit a written declaration according to Clause no 40 (2) Of PPR 2064 (4^th Amendment).
2. Bidding will be conducted through NCB procurement.
3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the West Regional Police Office, Pardi Pkhara or visit PPMO E-Procurement website bolpatra.gov.np/eGP.
4. Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above or may down load the bidding documents for e- submission from PPMO’s E-Procurement Web Site bolpatra.gov.np. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost (as specified above) of bidding document in the Project’s Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. Information to deposit the cost of bidding document in Bank:

5. The Bidders shall quote item rates without VAT in Nepalese Currency both in words and figure. If there exist any discrepancy between the rates in words and figures. The rates in words shall prevail.
6. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at West Regional Police Office, Pardi Pokhara at 16 June 2017 (2074/03/02), at 13.00hrs.
7. Bids received after above mentioned date and time will be rejected.
8. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at above mentioned date and time.
9. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 Days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
10. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
11. In case of e-submission of bid, the bidder should submit the original Bid Security Letter with complete Bid Document within seven days from bid submission deadlines.
12. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
13. Bidders are advised to visit site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their bid.
14. Other things not included in bidding documents will be as per PPA 2063 (1^st Amendment) and PPR 2064 (4^th Amendment).
