  2. Bidder must download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s website: bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the following Revenue Account:

and the scanned copy (.pdf fondant) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

  1. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at 13:00 hrs on 2074/08/12 at North South (Dovan- Olangchung Gola sector) Highway Project Office, Taplejung.
  2. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO’s e-GP system bolpatra.gov.np/egp2 on or before 12:00 hrs on 2074/08/19. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
  3. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hrs on 2074/08/19 at Project office, Taplejung. Non-attendance of any or all of the Bidder’s representatives shall not hinder the opening of the Bids. The bid must be accompanied by Original Voucher of Bid security as stated in the table above for each contract deposited at Nepal Bank Ltd, Taplejung in deposit account no. Ka 1-1-001 or unconditional Bid security guarantee issued by any commercial bank approved by Government of Nepal but the bid security should be in the format provided in bid document or similar format without any substantial change in conditions. Bank Guarantee with conditions will not be entered in evaluation. Bids and Bid security shall be valid for the periods as mentioned in the table above from the deadline for bid submission.
  4. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
  5. After E-Submission of Bids, Hardcopy of Documents & Details should be submitted within 7 days from the date of Bid opening otherwise the Bid shall not be entertained for further evaluation. No other notice shall be published for this purpose.
  6. Mattel’s not covered in this tender notice shall be in accordance with Public Procurement Act. 2063 and Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 and other prevailing rules and regulations of Nepal.
