Re-Invitation for Sealed Quotation

1. The Bagmati lrrigation Project, Karmaiya,Sarlahi, invites sealed quotations from registered eligible bidders/contractors for the procurement of following item for Bagmati Irrigation Project.
2. Interested eligible bidders/contractors may obtain further information and inspect the sealed quotation documents at the office of Bagmati Irrigation Project, Karmaiya,Sarlahi.
3. Sealed quotation documents may be purchased by eligible bidders/contractors on the submission of a written application along with the duly attested copy of firm registration certificate, Tax and VAT clearance certificate for F.Y. 2072/073 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000.00 on or before 15 (Fifteen) days from the first day of publication of this notice (2074/06/01  Alternatively, the bidder/contractor may choose to deposit cost of bidding document in the revenue (Rajaswa) account no Ka-1-1-001 revenue heading no. 14227 ( Bagmati Irrigation Project) office code no 19-357-02 Nepal Bank Ltd., Malangwa, Sarlahi.
4. Sealed quotations must be submitted to the Bagmati Irrigation Project, Karmaiya,Sarlahi office on or before 12:00 Noon of 16st day from the first day of publication of this notice (2074/06/02). Sealed quotation received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
5. Sealed quotations must be valid for a period of 45 days after opening of sealed quotations and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of specified as below in the form of cash voucher deposited in A/C no. Dharauti029020000333 of Nepal Bank Ltd., Malangwa,Sarlahi in the Name of Bagmati Irrigation Project, Karmaiya, Sarlahi or Bid Bond in the form of Bank Guarantee issued by the bank recognized by GoN as a “A” class commercial bank, which shall be valid for 75 days after opening of the sealed quotations.
6. Sealed quotation shall be opened in the presence of bidder’s/contractors’ representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 PM of 16^st day from the first day of publication of this notice (2074/06/02)at the office of Bagmati Irrigation Project, Karmaiya,Sarlahi.
7. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day.
8. Bidders/contractors are advised to visit site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their sealed quotations.
9. In case discrepancy or error in this notice, sealed quotation document and other documents, Bagmati Irrigation Project, Karmaiya,Sarlahi reserves right to amend, correct at any time. Such amendment and corrections shall be published in the newspaper and on the notice board of the project office at Karmaiya,Sarlahi.
10. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the sealed quotations without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
11. Matter not covered by this notice shall be in accordance with Procurement Act 2063 and Procurement Regulation 2064.
