Poverty Alleviation Fund (PAF) Nepal is an autonomous organization established under Poverty Alleviation Fund Act 2063 PAF Nepal is implementing community demand driven poverty alleviation programs. Currently, PAF is implementing its regular program in 527 Local Level Government (LLG) out of 747 LLGs. PAF Nepal is seeking to hire dynamic, self-motivated and result-oriented Nepalese candidates to update roster of individual consultants for the services with specific skill and expertise as mentioned below, enabling it to hire them with short notice and as on required basis for one year or longer period if necessary. The required sen/ices and qualification and experiences of the professionals are as follows:

Buildings, Water supply and sanitation, Micro Hydro and Irrigation) 3. Relevant training in designing software and experience in appraisal and monitoring of community sub-projects preferred 4. Committed towards frequent filed visit for monitoring of Community Infrastructure sub projects mostly in remote places |

Individual consultant will be selected based in accordance with the Guidelines of Selection and Employment of Consultants set by the World Bank under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Grants by World Bank Borrowers (Revised 2014). Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further assessment.
Individuals are expected to get registered in VAT before/after the agreement, Interested firms /companies may also propose individual consultant, in which case, only the experience and qualifications of individual shall be evaluated in the selection process such firms, proposing individual consultant, should be registered in VAT and should submit (a) Tax Clearance Certificate (b) VAT Registration Certificate (c) Company/Firm Registration Certificate.
