Request for Proposal for Internet Service

FHI 360, an international non-governmental organization, requests for proposal from locally registered agencies to provide Internet Service to FHI 360 Nepal Country Office located in Baluwatar,Kathmandu.

Detailed technical requirements and list of supporting documents that need to be submitted along with the proposal can be requested through email to atamanq@fhi360.org The proposal should be valid for at least 90 days. Selection will be done based on technical responsiveness/full compliant to provided requirements, cost quoted and comprehensiveness of service being provided by the agency to its existing clients.

Hard copy of the proposal along with specified supporting documents requested can be submitted in a sealed envelope dearly marked “Proposal for Internet Service” through following mailing address:

Or,

Hand delivered to FHI 360 Nepal’s Country Office located in Anamika Galli, Baluwatar (Reception area, Ground floor)

Deadline for submission of proposal is August 17, 2017, (in case of submission through mailing address, only sealed envelopes postmarked before the deadline date will be considered). Proposal received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation.

FHI 360 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the proposals without assigning any reason whatsoever.
