Kamali Integrated Rural Development and Research Centre (KIRDARC) has received financing from Terre des hommes (Tdh) Foundation for implementation of the programme named Rehabilitating Community Health and Protection Services in the earthquake affected Kavepalanchok district. KIRDARC hereby invites the sealed proposal from the interested, relevant and authorized firm/organization to conduct the “Architectural and Engineering Consultancy Services” for health post facilities according to Ministry of Health guidelines in three VDC namely; Majipheda, Phalate and Salle Bhumlu of Kavrepalanchok district

TOR can be obtained from Terre des hommes (Tdh) procurement section, B ue Bird Complex. 5th floor. Tnpureshwor, Kathmandu against Service Provider contact detail, including email address.

1. The service provider must enclose: Cover lette’ dearly summarizing your experience as it pertains to this assignment valid tax clearance certificate VAT and firm/organization with update certificate (must notanzed) and separate financial and technical sealed proposals
2. Start collecting TOR from • 10th April, 2017 after 10 AM
3. Deadline for submitting questions via email to tender committee- 13th April, 2017 before 4 PM
4. Deadline to submit proposal- 24th April, 2017 before 5 PM
5. Tdh/KIRDARC reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal
