1. The Nepal Cancer Hospital, Khajura, Banke invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Lab Equipment at NCII, Banke. The bidder may submit the sealed bid for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Nepal C ancer Hospital, Khajura, Banke. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from all countries as defined in Bid document, if applicable. 2. Sealed Bids must be submitted to the above office of Nepal Cancer Hospital, Khajura, Banke on or before as shown in the table below. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
3. Bidding documents may be purchased from the above office of Nepal Cancer Hospital. Khajura. Banke eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of anon-refundable fee as shown in table below or The Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and can inspect the Bidding Documents in bolpatra.gov.np and the e-Bidding procedure shall be as specified in the bid document.

5. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ represent 043tatives at specified date and time as show n in table below at the office of Nepal Cancer Hospital. Khajura. Banke. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to a minimum of as specified in the table below for each package, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period (bid validity period 120 days).
6. Pre-Bid meeting shall be organized on 2074-1-15 at 14:00 Hrs at Nepal Cancer Hospital. Khajura. Banke.
7. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
