For the Supply and Delivery of CADRE Kits

1. Sealed bids are hereby invited from registered firms, suppliers or distributor for the supply and delivery of CADRE Kits (29 items).
2. Bid documents can be purchased from Nepal Red Cross Society, National Headquarters, Red Cross Marga, Kalimati, Kathmandu during office hours in working days from up to 21 October, 2018 against payment of Rs. 1,000/- (non- refundable).
3. The bidders should submit their sealed bids along with certified copy firm registration, VAT and recent tax clearance certificates and samples of each materials during hours on or before 22 October, 2018 at 13.00 hours to Nepal Red Cross Society, National Headquarters, Red Cross Marga, Kalimati, Kathmandu and must be marked ” CADRE and Response Kits.
4. Sealed bids shall be accompanied with earnest money deposit amounting to 2.5 % (two and half per cent) of quoted value (including 13% VAT) of materials. The successful bidder will have to deposit 10% (ten percent of quoted value of the materials as performance bond.
5. The bids received will be opened at 14 hours 22 October, 2018 at NRCS, Nhqs. Kathmandu Nepal in presence of attending bidders or their authorized representatives.
6. NRCS reserves the right to accept or reject in part/or whole of any bids without assigning any reason whatsoever and will not be obligated to accept the lowest offer.
7. Detail Specifications of the materials quantity will be as mentioned in the bid document.
8. Those bid which are not full filled the terms and conditions of this tender will not entertained.
9. Any offer, discount, increase or decrease in price will not be accepted after opening the bid.
