TENDER NOTICE The Nepal Red Cross Society invites scaled quotations from manufacturers/reputed firms/suppliers for the supply of Response Kits (29 items).

Tender document containing request for quotation, instruction to bidders, detailed specifications of each items and the terms & conditions etc. can be purchased from Nepal Red Cross Society, National I Iqs, Red Cross Marga, Kalimati, Kathmandu, during office hours from 23 September, 2018 to 22 October, 2018 on written request with relevant documents and against payment of non refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/-

Tenders in sealed cover with accompanied earnest money and a set of sample of response kit will be received at the above addresses during working days between 10.00 hrs. to 13.00 up to 23 October, 2018. The tender received will be opened at 14:00 p.m. on 23 October, 2018 at NRCS, Nhqs, Kalimati, Kahmandu. The bidders must meet all the requirements as specified in the tender documents and therefore advised to go through the tender documents carefully before submission and assure him/her for the compliance of the specified terms & conditions.

The bidders) must deposit at least 2.5 %(two and a half percent) including VAT 13% of the total bid amount as Earnest Money in the form of Bank Voucher against cash deposited in account No. 04200100087396000001 of Nepal Red Cross Society at Nepal Bank Ltd., Kalimati Branch, Kathmandu or Bank Demand Draft payable in favor of the said account or Bank guarantee with the validity of at least 120 days issued by “A” class commercial bank at the submission of bids.

The successful bidder(s) w ill have to deposit 10% (ten percent) of the order value including VAT as Performance Security at the time of signing the agreement and all materials should deliver within 25 days from the date of agreement signed.

The Nepal Red Cross Society reserves the right to acccpt or reject pan or whole tender or any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever and not bound to acccpt the lowest bid.
