Ashtanga Education Pvt. Ltd. is a holding company which is registered with the Office of the Company Registrar, the government of Nepal under the Company Act, 2063. The company has been established with the primary objective of investing in education particularly in High school education, and provide high quality holistic education to the children of six to 19 years. Although a large number of private schools and missionary schools are in existence in the country, parents are still finding the lack of quality in education in terms of infrastructure, facilities and particularly the best teaching–and–learning pedagogy and hostel facilities. As a result, a large number of parents are compelled to send their children to residential schools in India for admission every year let alone higher education.
