Sealed Quotation Notice

1. The Babai Irrigation Project invites sealed quotations from registered contractors for construction & Suppliers of the works as specified in the table below. The Estimated amounts for the works are as spccitlcd in the tabic below.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Sealed Quotation Forms at the office of Babai Irrigation Project, Baidi, Bardiya.
3. Sealed Quotation Forms may be purchased by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application along with bidders’ registration, VAT registration, tax clearance certificate upto f/y 2072/73 & upon payment of nonrefundable document price of Rs. 1000.00 before 17:00 hrs until 2074-02-02.
4. Sealed Quotations must be submitted to the above office on or before 12:00 noon on 2074-02-03. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
5. Sealed Quotations must be valid for a period of days as in table given below after opening of the Quotations and must be accompanied by security amount as mentioned below in the table, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the Sealed Quotation validity period.

6. Sealed Quotations shall be opened at 14:00 hrs on 2074-02-03 at the office of Babai Irrigation Project, Baidi, Bardiya in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
7. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day.
8. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Sealed Quotations without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
