  • Rampur Municipality invites sealed or electronics bids from registered eligible bidders for the Supply & Deliver of Green Coloured CGI Sheet under National Competitive Bidding.
  • Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office at office hour of Rampur Municipality, Rampur Palpa, Telephone 075-400145, 075400457 & Fax no. 075-400145 & Email:- rampurmunicipality@gmail.com or may visit PPMO website: bolpatra.gov.np.
  • A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office of Rampur Municipality, Rampur, Palpa by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with duly attested copies of Bidder’s Company Registration Certificate, VAT and PAN registration, Tax Clearance certificates of F/Y 073/74 and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 3000.00 till 2074/11/02 at office hours (17: 00 Hrs). If so requested, the Bidding Documents can also be sent by post/courier services upon payment of additional cost of Postal Charges. However, the Employer will not be responsible for delay or non-delivery of the documents so sent.

Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above or may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s Website: www.bolpatra.gov.np. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost (as specified above) of bidding document in the Office’s Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (PDF format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

Pre Bid Meeting Shall be held at office of Rampur Municipality, Rampur, Palpa at 14:00 Hrs on 21st day (2074/10/22) Sealed Bids must be submitted to the office Rampur Municipality, Rampur, Palpa by hand/courier or through PPMO website: www.bolpatra.gov.np. on or before 12:00 Hours on 2074/11/33. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. Bid shall be considered non responsive for failure to comply mentioned documents.

If the bidder, except in e-bidding, wish to modify or withdraw their bids the bidder should submit sealed application 24 hours prior to the last date of the bid submission. The bid bond will be forfeited if the bidder wish to modify or with draw the bid after the above mentioned period.

Bids shall be opened electronically and physically in the presence of Bidder’s representatives who choose to attain at 14:00 Hours on the last date of bid submission (i.e2074/ll/D3.) at the office of Rampur Municipality, Rampur, Palpa. Non-attendance of any or all the Bidders’ Representatives shall not hinder the opening of the Bids. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in PDF format in case of e-bid valid for at least 30 days beyond the validity period of bid.

  1. Upon the notification from the employer, the bidder who chooses to submit a bid electronically shall deliver his/her all necessary original documents comprising bids and supporting document within date and time set in the employer’s request. Non submission of hardcopy of original documents comprising bids and supporting documents within date and time set in the employer’s request shall be treated as a non-responsive bid and such bid will be rejected.
  2. The Bids should be unconditional, any alteration, modification, addition or correction what so ever in the bidding document is not acceptable. In case of correction in rates, it should be signed by initials. Bids which are late, incomplete and contrasting to the notice will be not be entertained. In case the rates quoted in figure and word differ, then the rates in words shall be govern.
  3. If the last date of Bid purchasing, submission, opening and pre-bid meting falls on a government holiday it shall be extended to the next working day and time. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
  4. In case of any error or discrepancy in the Notice, Bidding Document, Specification, Price Schedule for goods or any other contract document, office can correct those at any time. Such correction will be notified.
  5. Rampur Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
  6. Any provision which are not mentioned in this notice will be consistent with public procurement act (PPA) 2063/Public Procurement Regulation (PPR), 2064 and other prevailing Nepalese Rules.
