Invitation to Bids

• The National Cattle Research Program (NCRP) invites bids from registered contractors for the construction of works enclosed here under.
• Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Nepal Agricultural Research Council (NARC), Singhadurbar Plaza, Kathmandu,

• Bidding documents may be purchased from the above office and the office of National Cattle Research Program(NCRP),Rampur, Chitwan by eligible Bidders on or before 16:00 Hrs. on 14^th February 2018 on the submission of a written application and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of 3000.00.
• Bids must be submitted to the above office of Nepal Agricultural Research Council (NARC), Singhadurbar Plaza, Kathmandu, on or before 12:00 Hrs. on 15^th February 2018. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted
• Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 Hrs. on 15^th February 2018 at the office of Nepal Agricultural Research Council (NARC), Singhadurbar Plaza, Kathmandu.
• Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting as mentioned hereunder, which shall be valid for minimum of 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
• If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Deposit Account No. 1310203000000 in the Name of KOSH TAHTA LEKHA NIYANTRAK KARYALAYA,CHITWAN office code no: 35-312-09 at RASTRIYA BANIJYA BANK,Bharatpur, Chitwan and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid.
• If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.
• Bidders are advised to visit site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their bid.
• Rest shall comply with Nepal Agricultural Research council financial administration bylaw 2049, Public procurement act 2063, public procurement regulations 2064 and other prevailing acts and regulations.
• The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
