CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

The Nepal Eye Program, Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology (NEP-TIO) is a not-for-profit, community based and centre of excellence in eye care institute, dedicated to provide state-of-the-art eye care services to the people of Nepal and regions. TIO has developed an eye care model which involves team building- training, cross subsidy- finances and quality assurance and support to replicate effective model around the world through training and capacity building.

NEP-TIO invite qualified consultancy firm with collaboration of international consultancy firm to submit an expression of interest to conduct the “Consultant Service for Organisation Sustainability, Human Resource Management, Financial Management and Strategy Plan for three Partner Hospitals and its centres”, which is planned to take place in March 1st to June end, 2018.

HOW TO APPLY:

Interested applicant may purchase detail Request for proposal (RFP) documents from procurement department of NEP-TIO, Gaushala, Kathmandu, Phone no. 01-4493775 by submitting deposit voucher for a non-refundable fee of NRs 1000/- (Nepalese Rupees One thousand only), which shall be deposited on Prabhu Bank Ltd. a/c No. 00111600790465000006 in the name of Nepal Eye Program. Or interested applicants may receive full RFP in .PDF file through mail by submitting scan copy of deposit voucher to procurement@tilganga.orR.

Qualified applicants are requested to submit RFP with the following documents:

1. Company/organization Profile along with the core function as consultancy in its Charter
2. A copy of the organization’s certificate of registration and VAT registration certificate
3. A copy of the annual progress report and audited Financial report from FY 2071-72 to 2073-74
4. Details of Past Experience in Development Sector and at least five recommendation letters from past Employers / Principals for satisfactory and timely completion of the assigned task/job in related area / discipline.
5. The RFP shall be sealed Technical & Financial proposal in separate envelop with clearly mentioning ‘Subject’, ‘Submitted by’ and ‘Submitted to’ and submit at Administration reception (C/O Jaya Hari Shrestha) no later than the 22^nd Feb, 2018, before or up to 15:30 (local time). If the scheduled date happens to be an official holiday, the next working day shall be the due date.

Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

6. A Nepalese registered organization and/or collaboration with International Management Consultancy Company will be applied for this consultancy services. The company must have at least 10 years’ experience in organization development / sustainability / human resources management / financial management / strategic planning development / general management.
7. A team leader will having Post Graduate / Master Degree in Management / Business Administration and/or Strategic Development Studies with more than 7 year of experience in their field.
8. Other team members are also having Post Graduate / Master Degree in their respective fields with more than 5 year of experience.
