Invitation for Sealed Quotation& Bids

1. Rajapur Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Rajapur, Bardiya invites Sealed Quotation & Bids from eligible bidders for the construction of works as per table below in clause no. 11 under National Competitive Bidding procedures. Only eligible bidders should participate in this bidding.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the oil ice oi’Rajapur Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Rajapur Bardiya, phone: 084-460167, 084-460111, Fax: 084-460111, entail: com.
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office of Rajapur Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Rajapur, Bardiya by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the Notary Certified copy of company/firm registration certificate, VAT registration, tax clearance certificate of FY 2073/74 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of as per table below. The bidders may deposit cost of bidding document in XhcRajapur Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Rajapur, Bardiya’s Sanchit Khata 02803000000004001001, Nepal Bank Limited in Rajapur Branch. And bank deposit voucher shall be submitted during bid document purchasing.
4. Pre-bid meeting shall not be held.
5. Sealed Quotation & Bids must be submitted to Rajapur Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Rajapur,Bardiya by hand/courier on or before 12:00 noon as per table belowin clause no. 11. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 PM on as per table belowin clause no. 11. at Rajapur Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Rajapur, Bardiya.
7. Sealed Quotation or Bid must be valid for a period of 30 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a of the bid security, amounting to a minimum amount as mentioned in clause no. 11 below for each contract As per Table below or it should be in the form of Bank Voucher deposited in the Rajapur Municipality Office, Dharauti Account No.02803000000003000001, Nepal Bank I limited in Rajapur, Branch, or Bank guarantee issued by ‘A* Class Commercial bank having a bid validity period of as per table belowin clause no. 11 after opening of the Sealed Quotations or Bid.
8. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
9. The bidder should submit the discount modification or withdraw letter before 24 hrs of bid submission deadline.
10. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Sealed Quotations & Bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
