Invitation for Bids

1. Government of Nepal [GoN] has allocated funds towards the cost of Construction of VDC Building and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for VDC Building. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.
2. EHRP, DLPIU, Ramechhap invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of VDC Building under National Competitive Bidding procedures as mentioned below.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the ofllce of District Technical Office, Manthali, Ramechhap within office hours Ph: 048-540491 Email: dto@gmail.com
4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the District Technical Office. Manthali. Ramechhap by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of valid company/firm registration certificate, tax clearance certificate of F/Y 2072/73 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee as mentioned above within 15 days of first date of publication of Notice.

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at District Technical Office. Manthali Ramechhap at 12:00hours on 2074/12/30.
6. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of EHRP-DLPIU, Ramechhap by hand/courier on or before 12:00 hours on 16^Ul day of first publication of Notice. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representative who chooses to attend at 14:00hours on 16t^hday of first publication of Notice at the office of EHRP-DLPIU, Ramechhap. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting as mentioned above, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
8. If the date of prc bid meeting and the last date of purchasing and submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission
9. The F.mployer reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partially any or all the bids w ithout assigning any reason whatsoever.
10. The provisions of the procurement will be as per Public Procurement Act 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation 2064.
