Expression of Interest for Investments in Promoter’s Shares/Equity
A leading “A” Class commercial bank of Nepal is interested for equity participation in promoter share category in companies established or in process of establishment in following sectors:
- Micro Finance Company,’ D” Class Financial Institutions
- Insurance Company (both life and non life)
- Re-insurance Company
- Institutions supplementing financial ecosystem, digital channels/platform, etc.
In case of established companies, the promoters of such companies willing to divest their promoter’s shares can also communicate to the Bank with their divestment terms and conditions.
Investment Participation
The Bank is looking for long term association with such institutions enabling such institutions to grow into a leading position of the respective industry segment, for which the Bank shall extend necessary support and co-operation to the extent possible.
Submission of Proposal
The institutions/promoters willing to submit their proposal shall furnish the following details:
- Letter of Interest
- A brief detail of project/company
- Investment amount sought for
- Name of existing promoters and Board of Directors, if any
- Name of management team, if any
- Detail of contact person and communication address
The above documents need to be emailed at investment.promoter@gmail.com on or before 15 May 2017. The Bank will contact the applicant for further discussion.
The Bank reserves all the rights to accept or reject the investment proposals without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
Alt the investment proposals received by the Bank shall be treated highly confidentially.
